Your information stays with STAY ARI.
STAY ARI uses the minimum information needed to operate this website, understand whether it is useful, and respond to direct-booking offer requests. STAY ARI website data is identified separately from SelectBNBs analytics and marketing data.
Email offer requests
When you submit your email address, it is recorded in STAY ARI’s dedicated interest list together with the language selected, the consent wording shown, and the time of submission. That consent authorizes STAY ARI communications only. It does not subscribe you to SelectBNBs or another business. You may unsubscribe at any time.
First-party measurement
The website and its server record privacy-limited operational events such as page loads, language choices, discount-button use, map selections, offer-form outcomes, and outbound booking clicks. These events do not include the email address typed into the form. Server access logs may contain a shortened network address, browser information, requested path, referring site, and timestamp for security, reliability, and aggregate reporting.
Optional analytics
If dedicated STAY ARI Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity services are enabled, they load only after you accept analytics. They are configured as separate STAY ARI properties. Clarity may record page interaction and generate heatmaps; form fields containing personal information are masked. Google Analytics receives a clean page URL without query parameters and does not inspect the offer form. If you decline, the site remains fully usable.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, measure performance, deliver authorized communications, or protect the service. STAY ARI does not sell submitted email addresses. Suppression records may be retained so an unsubscribe or delivery block continues to be honored.
